“Tonight you win, Grace. You win. I’ll be yours if you’ll be mine.”

Review

Reading Block got me both excited and annoyed. Excited because I wanted to see how it all would end. I wanted to know what’s going to happen to Grace and Vaughn. I also wanted to know what’s going to happen to Kristi.

I was also annoyed. Grace annoyed me a lot in this book. Attacking Kristi, still not being able to make up her mind about Vaughn, running hot and cold, etc. I get that she has issues. It’s just so difficult to be sympathetic when the person who has issues is so hell bent on being stubborn.

I do like the part where they finally reach a middle ground. I liked that they got to know each other more. I liked that they both finally admitted what they want from each other. I still think both of them aren’t going to win the Couple of The Year award, but they’ve come a long way from when they first met.

Honestly, this book is the most difficult for me to rate because I am really torn. In the end, I’ve decided to rate this book four red hearts. The reason for my rating is that while I thoroughly enjoyed the pace and the mood of the whole book, I still feel like I just want to read everything, so I can move on to the next book. There were parts in the book I enjoyed but not enough to want to hang on to them for as long as I can.

This book is a terrific read, though. Don’t get me wrong. I am actually enthusiastic about a lot of parts in the book. It’s just that I think to my self that when I’ve read every single book of this series, this part won’t be my favorite, so I am only giving it three red hearts.
