Daddy Morebucks B1

AmazonAudibleB&NKoboiTunes Audio

Synopsis: From the moment she laid eyes upon him, Marley knew in her heart that James was not just another client, and the difference wasn’t even the large sum of money he offered in return for a single night of submission. No, what set him apart was the fact that when she called James “daddy”, it was her own heart which beat faster and her own body which ached with need.

After that night, Marley does her best to put all thought of him behind her, using the huge payday he provided to get on her feet again and start over… until James knocks on her door and walks right back into her life. He makes her a simple offer: if she will live with him and submit to him whenever he wishes, he will provide for her every desire.

Even before she accepts his offer, Marley knows that what she truly wants is not money or clothing or even a fancy new car. What she longs for is a daddy who will give his little girl what she really needs… a daddy who will spank her bare bottom when she is naughty, tie her up and take her any way he pleases, and then cuddle her until she falls asleep in his arms. Can she dare to hope that James will be that daddy?

Publisher’s Note: Daddy Morebucks is an erotic novel that includes spankings, graphic sexual scenes, elements of age play and BDSM, and more. If such material offends you, please don’t buy this book.

Review

I received an audio of this book from IndieSage PR in exchange for an honest review and as part of the series’ audio tour promotions.

Daddy Morebucks features a prostitute heroine and a reclusive rich hero who fulfills the heroine’s daddy needs. Honestly, I don’t usually go for the DD/lg type of relationship. It’s just that it’s not what I look for in sex. However, I gave this series a chance because the author, Normandie Alleman, writes great sex, and I wanted to see how she’d play out the DD/lg dynamics.

Turns out, while I wasn’t really into the book’s plot, the sex scenes were really out of this world. I wasn’t really that invested in either of the main characters. I liked the hero better than the heroine, but not by much. What I did like was the chemistry that they had with each other. I haven’t read this book with the audio, but I think even with just simply reading it, it’s going to be just as hot.

If you’re looking for the DD/lg types of books, Daddy Morebucks is a good place to start. It’s very hot, and it shows a couple who is a good example of that kind of relationship. I quite enjoyed the book.

From the rich man daddy and his sweet hooker little girl in Daddy Morebucks, we now move on to the second book in the series, Daddy’s Game. The hero is now a football star. The heroine is just a starting artist.

I’m not sure I can say that I liked this book better than the first one. I think I like them with the same intensity but for entirely different reasons. Well, maybe one same reason – hot sex scenes. Other than that, I liked this second book because it moves away from the usual setting. A lot of the book was about the hero’s career as a professional athlete. It didn’t just focus on the sex or the relationship.

What I liked best about the book was the heroine. She was driven to succeed and had a great personality as well as a winning attitude when it came to succeeding on her craft. The hero was a bit okay, although he won’t be my favorite dom anytime soon. All in all, like the first book, Daddy’s Game is a good enough read that will heat up your ereaders. The fact that I had to listen to the book probably just made things hotter.

Poor Little Daddy's Girl B3

AmazonAudibleB&NKoboiTunes Audio

Synopsis: Twenty-four-year-old Charmaine Bainbridge appears to have it all—beauty, fame, and tremendous wealth—yet behind all the glitz and glamor hides a sad little girl who has been abandoned by every man she’s ever loved.

When firefighter Hunter Baldwin saves Charmaine from a fire in her penthouse apartment—a blaze started by her own carelessness—he’s appalled by her nonchalant attitude. Forced to carry her to safety, he throws her over his shoulder, but not before correcting her behavior with a well-deserved spanking. Something about Charmaine arouses him deeply, and it isn’t just her gorgeous looks. This girl needs to be firmly corrected and thoroughly dominated, and a part of Hunter demands that he be the one to take her in hand.

Though he’s used to charging into burning buildings on a daily basis, Hunter knows taming Charmaine’s wild ways may prove to be his greatest challenge yet. Undeterred, he takes on the role of Charmaine’s daddy dom in hopes of breaking down her defenses and healing her wounds. But can she bring herself to open her heart to him, or will she remain the lonely little rich girl forever?

Publisher’s Note: Poor Little Daddy’s Girl is the third book in the Daddy’s Girl series. It incorporates characters from the first two books in the series, but it is a stand-alone novel. This book includes spankings, sexual scenes, BDSM content, and more. If such material offends you, please don’t buy this book.

I don’t really care much for poor little rich girls (or boys, for that matter). The third book in Normandie Allen’s Daddy’s Girl series has a firefighter for a hero. Damn. Who knew that a brave firefighter could be so hot as a Daddy Dom? Not me, apparently. I didn’t quite expect this hero.

The chemistry was great, and the sex scenes were scorching. Of course, I don’t expect anything less from this author. However, I would have liked a more complex plot that would strengthen the bond between the main characters. I wasn’t too sold out with the heroine, either. The hero was a bit flat, but it was still easy to love this firefighter.

At this point, I think I’d have to say that I liked the first two books better. However, that does not mean that this third book was inferior than the other two. It’s just a matter of preference, especially when it comes to the main characters. I’d still say that you should check this book out (the whole series would be better) because it’s fun, light, and easy to read (or binge-read, like I did).
