I received an ARC of this book from the publisher via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

This is my first Gina Gordon book. I know; I know. I really have to keep up with so many authors these days. Anyway, going back to the topic, even if this was my first book from this author, I enjoyed reading about Penn and Cole. They had sizzling chemistry and were hot together. The sex was steamy as well. Ms. Gordon created two characters that beautifully complemented each other; it is impossible for me as a reader not to root for them from the very beginning.

This isn’t the first book in its series, but I was still able to read it on its own. However, I think I liked this book enough to go back and read the previous three books. I hope they are as enjoyable as Recipe For Temptation has been.

While I liked this book, I couldn’t really stand the whole Foster clan. I feel like they were just fillers that didn’t really make a big impact in the big scheme of things. I feel like if they were taken out of the equation, Cole and Penn would still have had a substantial story with a good conflict that will still entertain readers.

I would surely recommend this book. I don’t think there has been an Entangled Brazen book that I didn’t like. I’ve loved Brazen books for quite some time now. It’s like they’re the steamier, amped up version of the old HP line that I used to be hooked to.
