I received an ARC of this book from the publisher via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

I think this story is simple. However, therein lies its appeal. Sometimes, it’s refreshing to just read a love story that’s sweet and easy and doesn’t have larger than life conflicts and seemingly insurmountable challenges. This book provides hours of light reading that any reader will enjoy.

There are secondary characters that are worth looking into and may even have their own books. I’m no really sure if this book is going to turn into a series. If it will, I’m pretty sure that the secondary characters you meet in this book will be main characters of their own books in the future. I also think that the central theme of the series would be about the inn.

Anyway, story-wise, I liked it. It’s not going to be one of those emotional roller coasters, but it’s still a good read all in all. This is actually my first book from this author. I have to say that if I see her books in the future, I’d be happy to read them as well.
