September was a slow one in reviews compared to the previous two months. But it was still a great month. It was during this month when certain changes on the blog was conceptualized. These changes will now take effect this month. October is a great month, friends. Brace yourself for more great things from Sultry, Steamy Reading.

First up, our monthly featured author starts this month. Our October author is none other than one of my favorites, Tillie Cole. For the whole month of October, I will be posting a review of her books. You may refer to the schedule below if you wish to closely follow the reviews. I am starting with the Hades Hangmen series because that’s the first book of hers that I fell in love with.

The next change on the blog is that SSR is now open to guest posts. Should you wish to review a book you have read, which has not been reviewed by the blog, and if you wish to post your review on the blog, please contact or email me. I am looking forward to hearing from you, guys.

We are also looking into changing up the blog’s theme as well as the format of our posts, but that may tale some time before it fully take effect. Another thing that I am looking into is adding a second blogger/reviewer into the SSR family. There are just so many good books out there for just one person to tackle, and a second reviewer will be a big help. If you also want to be a regular reviewer, please contact me, and maybe we can work something out.

Thank you for your continued support of Sultry, Steamy Reading. I am opening a giveaway for our featured author this month. This giveaway will run throughout the month. It is a simple giveaway, but I wish to help out my favorite authors in any way I can, and this is one way that I can do that.
